These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OddsDrop.pro, including our website, Telegram channels, and Telegram bot (together, the "Service"), operated by OddsDrop ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What OddsDrop.pro Is

OddsDrop.pro is a market monitoring and data alert tool. We track publicly available odds movements on Pinnacle, a licensed sportsbook, and notify subscribers when a significant line movement is detected.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. We do not place bets on behalf of users, do not hold or manage user funds for wagering, and do not provide betting, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to place any specific wager.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service, and any subsequent betting activity you choose to engage in elsewhere, is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether sports betting is legal where you live.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid access ("VIP" and other paid channels) is offered on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis, at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment credentials.
• Prices are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of any price increase taking effect on their next renewal.
• Promotional or coupon pricing applies only under the conditions stated at the time it was offered and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion for future terms.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Because payments are processed via cryptocurrency, transactions are generally irreversible and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable billing error.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance of signals shown on the Service (including win rate, ROI, or profit figures) is not indicative of future results. Odds movements reflect market activity we have detected; they are not a guarantee that any particular outcome will occur. You acknowledge that all betting involves risk of financial loss, and that any decision to place a bet based on information from the Service is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or publicly republish Service content without our written permission; (b) attempt to access the Service through unauthorized automated means (scraping, bots) beyond our own Telegram bot; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by OddsDrop or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. Odds data is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial losses from betting activity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without refund of any prepaid, unused subscription period, where permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram channels where practical.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
