We do not collect or store your crypto wallet private keys, full payment card numbers, or government ID documents. We do not require you to create a password-based account.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Service — deliver signals to the correct Telegram channel(s), track subscription status, and process renewals or expirations.
To communicate with you — payment confirmations, renewal reminders, and support responses via Telegram.
To calculate and pay affiliate commissions where applicable.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only where necessary to operate the Service:

NOWPayments (our crypto payment processor) — receives your Telegram ID and payment amount to process transactions. See NOWPayments' own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Telegram — as the platform the Service operates on, Telegram processes messages between you and our bot/channels under its own privacy policy.
Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

We retain subscription and payment records for as long as needed to operate the Service and to meet reasonable accounting/legal record-keeping needs, and delete or anonymize data we no longer need for these purposes upon request, subject to Section 6.

5. Cookies and Website Data

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any technical cookies used are strictly necessary for basic site functionality (e.g., keeping you logged into the admin panel, if applicable).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Telegram bot with your Telegram ID. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting your data will end your ability to receive signals or maintain an active subscription.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided us data, we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our servers and service providers may be located in different countries than your own. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in those locations.
